1. Dedicated Designer

To jumpstart the design process, you'll be working one on one with a dedicated designer to assist with design consultation & development throughout the entire apparel development process. 

Your designer will help get all of your unique ideas down on paper, and will collaborate with you to strategize & expand upon your apparel ideas.

Your designer will also assist with managing timelines, and expectations so that you meet all your ideal deadlines.

2. Fashion Design Service

Next your dedicated designer will expand upon your initial ideas and leverage years of expertise to develop at least two design options per style within your collection.

(Ex - If you want 1 top, we’ll design at least 2 different sketch design options)

Each design will be presented as B&W sketches in PDF format.

We'll also provide color direction based on your collection’s unique aesthetic.

Two design revisions are included within the fashion design service. 

3. Professional Design Line Sheet

Next your designer will create a professional design line sheet PDF with all of your finalized design sketches, in your ideal colorways with detailed fabric direction, style numbers and style names.

You’ll also be able to start using this line sheet to share with your current network and potential buyers to validate your ideas, and even start placing presale orders before diving into the sampling process. 

Your designer can help guide your through this process. 

4. Tech Pack Service

Now that your fashion designs are completed, you'll start working with a technical designer to develop a tech pack, per style / design that you choose to move forward with. 

Our tech packs are a 8-10 page PDF document that are used to document all of your unique design details, construction information, materials, fit specifications and more! 

Once your tech pack is completed, we will send your tech packs to our recommended fabric mills and manufacturers to move forward with next steps.

Once you receive your tech pack, one revision is included within package. 

5. Fabric Mill Sourcing

At this point in the process, our team will have a very clear idea for the type of fabric that you'd like to use to bring your apparel samples to life. 

The next step will be to send your designs and tech packs to our fabric mill network (your choice if it's within the US and/or outside the US or both) so that you can start to gather your ideal fabric swatches to find that perfect fit. 

6. Manufacturer Onboarding

Next you'll gain access to our manufacturing network of sought after vendors, who have worked with some of the top named apparel brands in the industry (think Lululemon, Revolve, Anthropology, Nordstrom & more). 

Our team will send your designs and tech packs to our recommended manufacturers who we feel will best best able to bring your apparel samples to life, within your ideal budget and minimum order quantity. 

We'll also help review the quotes and estimates you receive back from each manufacturing option to guide you through next steps and make sure you are set you up for success. 

6. Sample Review

Once your first samples arrive, our team will guide you through a detailed, professional review process to ensure every element of your garment meets the standards of premium activewear and performance apparel.

We’ll evaluate:

• Fit: overall silhouette, comfort, mobility, stretch, compression levels, etc.

• Construction: seam placement, stitch type, reinforcement, and functionality

• Stitching & Finishing: thread quality, tension, cleanliness, and durability

• Materials: hand-feel, drape, breathability, wicking, recovery, opacity, and color accuracy

• Functionality: pockets, waistbands, gussets, zippers, ventilation, and performance features

• Quality Standards: alignment with your brand’s positioning, competitive landscape, and retail expectations
