Fashion Design Development

So you have a great idea, but want some help getting all of the details down on paper. Our team is here for you!

Work 1 on 1 with a professional designer to help review your initial apparel inspiration, expand upon your ideas, and present you with a variety of design sketch options to choose from. 

Professional Design Line Sheet

Once your designs are finalized, your designer will help create a professional apparel line sheet for your collection. 

Your line sheet will include all of your finalized design sketches, in your ideal colorways with detailed fabric direction, style numbers and style names.

You’ll also be able to start using this line sheet to share with your current network and potential buyers to validate your ideas, and even start placing presale orders before diving into the sampling process. 

Tech Pack Development

Our tech packs are a 8-10 page PDF document that are used to document all of your unique apparel design details, construction information, materials used, fit specifications and more!

Manufacturers use tech packs as a blue print to build your first apparel samples & prototypes. 

Here's what's included within each tech pack: 

1. Design Detail Sheet 

2. Bill Of Materials (including fabric, trims, labels, etc). 

3. Colorway Options 

4. Reference Images 

5. Point Of Measurement Diagram 

6. Spec Sheet For 1 Core Sample Size 

7. Graded Specs For Up To 5 Sizes

8. Brand, Size, Care & Content Label Information 

9. Factory Sample Note Page 

Fabric Sourcing

Work with our fabric specialist to help source your ideal fabric to bring your unique apparel designs to life. 

You'll gain access to our fabric mill network of sought after vendors, who have worked with some of the top named apparel brands in the industry (think Lululemon, Revolve, Anthropology, Nordstrom & more). 

Our team will help to review the best fabric options for your unique apparel designs. 

Manufacturer Sourcing

Next gain access to our manufacturing network of sought after vendors, who have worked with some of the top named apparel brands in the industry (think Lululemon, Revolve, Anthropology, Nordstrom & more). 

Our team will send your designs and tech packs to our recommended manufacturers who we feel will best best able to bring your apparel samples to life, within your ideal budget and minimum order quantity. 

We'll also help review the quotes and estimates you receive back from each manufacturing option to guide you through next steps and make sure you are set you up for success. 

Sample Development

Let our team help bring all of the details for your apparel design to life through sample development. 

You'll have the choice to develop your samples within the US, or outside of the US, based on your unique needs, budget and brand vision. 

No need to commit to any specific minimum order quantities at this point. First you'll perfect the sample development process for each of your unique apparel designs, before deciding whether or not you'd like to move forward with production. 

Fittings

Once you receive your first apparel samples, our team will help you review and fit them on the body. We are able to do all fittings virtually as well as in person.

During your fitting you'll review all of the unique design details, fabric, trims, and overall fit on the body to make sure everything reflects how you envisioned your apparel designs to to look and feel. 

Our team can also assist with design sketch, and tech pack revisions as updates are made during the sample review and fitting process. 

Production

Once you've approved your final apparel samples, you'll be ready to move forward with production.

You'll have the option to produce your apparel within the US, as well as outside the US. Our manufacturing team has worked with some of the top brands in the industry and is able to cater to emerging designers as well as established brands who are interested in low minimum order quantities and fast turn arounds.
