2. Fashion Design Service

From vision to visual — we design apparel that looks good, fits your customer, and is ready to produce.

Whether you’re launching your first capsule or expanding your existing line, our Fashion Design service takes your ideas and turns them into fully developed, production-ready concepts—each one tailored to your brand, your customer, and your manufacturing goals.

We combine trend awareness with technical design sensibility to ensure every piece is both beautiful and buildable.

3. Tech Pack Service

Turn your designs into production-ready blueprints.

Now that your fashion designs are finalized, it’s time to get technical. You’ll work with one of our expert technical designers to define the fit, construction, and measurements for each style—ensuring your designs can be accurately brought to life by any manufacturer.

We’ll translate every design detail into a comprehensive 8–10 page tech pack, the industry-standard document used by factories to quote, sample, and produce your styles.

Once completed, your tech pack will be sent to our recommended fabric mills and manufacturers to begin the sampling process.


What’s Included in Each Tech Pack:

  1. Design Detail Sheet – A visual breakdown of your design’s features and construction.

  2. Bill of Materials (BOM) – Lists all fabrics, trims, labels, and materials used.

  3. Final Colorways – Includes alternate color and fabric combinations.

  4. Reference Images – Visuals for inspiration, construction, or design cues.

  5. Point of Measurement (POM) Diagram – Custom illustration showing where and how each part of the garment is measured.

  6. Spec Sheet (1 Core Size) – Detailed flat measurements for your primary sample size.

  7. Graded Specs (Up to 5 Sizes) – Measurements for additional sizes to guide factory grading.

  8. Label Info – Includes brand label, size label, care & content details.

  9. Factory Sample Notes Page – A pages ready and available for manufacturer to take custom notes.

4. Fabric Mill Sourcing

The right fabric brings your design to life—and we’ll help you find it.

By this stage, we’ll have a crystal-clear understanding of the look, feel, and performance you’re after. Our team takes that vision aligns with our manufacturing teams to source high-quality fabrics that align with your design, budget, and production needs.

We evaluate mills based on price, quality, availability, and minimums - so you only see the best of the best.

  • Dedicated Designer
    • Dedicated designer for your unique project to assist with design consultation throughout the entire apparel design process.
    • Available to provide guidance as needed to make your apparel and brand are set up for success.
  • Fashion Design Service
    • Expand upon your initial ideas and leverage years of expertise to develop two design options per style within your collection. (Ex - If you want 1 top, we’ll design at least 2 different sketch options)
    • Designs will be presented as B&W sketches in PDF format.
    • Provide color direction based on your collection’s unique aesthetic.
    • Provide fabric and trim direction based on the final designs and overall brand vision.
    • Two design revisions included.
  • Professional Design Line Sheet
    • Provide a professional line sheet PDF with all of your finalized designs, in your ideal colorways with detailed fabric direction, style numbers and style names.
    • You’ll be able to start using this line sheet to share with your current network and potential buyers to validate your ideas before diving into the sampling process.
  • Tech Pack Service
    • 8-10 page PDF used to document all of your design details and will be sent to your manufacturer as a blue print for your first sample.

Once we receive your invoice payment, we'll set up a time to have a design kick off meeting with your dedicated designer. During the meeting you'll work with your designer to dive into the details of your designs so we can start working on your design sketches ASAP.
